They prefer the standard "Call us when you need us" plan. This means you only pay for the work that was performed. There is NO monthly fee. If you sign a 1 year service agreement, there is no monthly fee and you get a discount on the hourly rate!
No matter if you want a custom plan or the standard "call us when you need us" plan, we highly recommend you do server and client maintenance on a regular basis. This helps extend the life of your equipment while staying on top of security issues.
